當地時間19日，俄羅斯航天局局長羅戈津表示，美國正在研究將俄羅斯排除出GPS衛星導航系統的問題。
羅戈津說，無需為這一問題感到緊張，因為俄羅斯有格洛納斯（GLONASS）系統，所有的智能手機都裝載了這一系統，即使被切斷GPS系統也能正常工作。（總臺記者 張譽耀）
